Please respect the privacy of the fellow parents and do not distribute their personal information contained in the directory to third parties,
including outside businesses. Doing so is a violation of the user agreement and the PTA policies.

Make the most of Membership Toolkit:
- The Student and Family directory is presented as a whole that you may filter. The filter function is found at the upper right hand corner. You can sort by class or whole grade, or even by your starred favorites once you establish them.
- You can save contacts directly from the app to your contact book - click the figure + to the right hand side.
- You can favorite contacts. Click the star at the upper right when you are in the contact you wish to favorite.
- Click the phone number to call or text directly from the app; click the email to open a new mail message to them; click the address to view it on a map.
- The Faculty Directory is presented by Grade level teachers, and then by category of Administration & Staff, Paraprofessionals, and Specialists.
- Clicking My Account in the dashboard takes you back to your Home Screen where you can choose to view or modify your family’s details and view volunteer opportunities.
- Top 3 lines in the upper left corner reveal your dashboard for navigation at any time.
- If you need to reset your password, please go to www.gfs.membershiptoolkit.com and start the login process. Then once complete, you can update via your App.
